Northstar Technical Inc.'s (NTI) Contract Manufacturing Division's primarily focuses on design and manufacturing for the defense, transportation and communications industries. NTI 's contract manufacturing division's quality management system is registered to the ISO 9001: 2000 program. NTI manufactures sophisticated and highly technical engineering systems for major corporations and defense contractors. It is our intention to develop and strengthen our strategic alliance with major international contractors. We have established good working relations with major defense communications contractors in Canada and the United States. NTI has working with Lockheed Martin, Manassas VA on a contract worth $2.9 Million Canadian to build Fire Control Consoles for Navy Submarines. NTI is currently working with Lockheed Martin Canada on the design and manufacturing of an underwater sonar array. We also plan to pursue opportunities utilizing our core technology. This undersea communications technology can be adapted to many applications including oceanography, environmental, defense, marine transportation, etc. We are interested in partnering with companies in the various industries to co-develop the systems. We will enter joint ventures or license out our product depending on the situation. We are open to business opportunities in research and development, application and electronic manufacturing. We will partner with any company where there are mutual opportunities and challenges and measurable financial rewards.
